Experience
Ann Armstrong
With over 25 years working in listening prayer and spiritual direction, Ann’s experience covers many areas. These include individuals facing relational issues, grief and loss, the effects of trauma, as well as pastors and those seeking guidance and support in their relationship with God and the Body of Christ.
Raised in the Protestant Church, she began to love and intimately know Jesus in a charismatic Anglican church in London, England. Several years ago she joined the Catholic Church. There she is profoundly grateful for the silence, reverence and the opportunity to frequently partake of the Eucharist.
She continues to grow and deepen her relationship with God through the liturgical and evangelical streams of the Church. Seeing the benefit and gift of both, Ann welcomes and enjoys working with men and women in all denominations.
